Answer: diabetes insipidus (DI) in LCH is due to infiltration with histiocytes of the pituitary and the suprooptic nuclei that produce ADH. Triad is called Hand-Schuller-Christian disease. 1) proptosis 2) DI 3) lytic bone lesions
