AIDS and Cancer Specimen Resource (ACSR): The ACSR is a program supported by the National Cancer Institute, National Institute of Health, to collect HIV infected malignant and control tissues of potential research interest and to bank these tissues until funded researchers identify needs for the tissues. The Ohio State University ACSR Consortium is one of three such banks in the United States. The other banks are located at University of California, San Francisco, San Francisco, CA (UCSF); and George Washington University (GWU), Washington, DC. Tissues, cells, and fluids are collected from a variety of sources including major AIDS Malignancy Clinical Trials (AMC) which donate tissues and serum to the AMB. More can be learned about this AIDS project on the ACSR website http://acsr.ucsf.edu.

The OSU-ACSR Consortium Project includes the following institutions and investigators:
- Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, Scott Remick, MD, African Program.
