About Us:

The Cooperative Human Tissue Network (CHTN) is a group of six academic institutions funded by the National Cancer Institute to work together to provide remnant human tissue to researchers throughout the United States and Canada. The CHTN provides normal, malignant, benign, and diseased tissue from routine surgical resections or autopsies. Tissues are collected prospectively, as per the investigator's protocol, and can be provided to the researcher fresh, frozen, paraffin blocks or as slides.
